TOTAL LIABILITY: OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SendRishta, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content you submit through the Service.
